Terms and conditions for collecting points at Case IH Dealerships:

1.       1 Standard point for each $30 (excl GST) on parts, service and other shop items and $200 (excl GST) on all tractors and tractor attachments (together, the Qualifying Products and/or Services).
  a.     For Cash and Account sales Fly Buys points are issued against one month's cumulative spend including on time payment in accordance with trading terms.
2.       All Products and Services qualify.
3.       Small and medium businesses are eligible to collect Fly Buys points on purchases made at Case IH outlets.
  a.     Case IH defines small and medium businesses as those that are not:
    i.   Government entities: Crown entity (as defined in the Crown Entities Act 2004); Department (as defined in the State Sector Act 1988); State Enterprise (as defined in the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986); Local Authority, Regional Council or Territorial Authority (each as defined in the Local Government Act 2002); District Council (as defined in the Local Government Act 1974); or
    ii.   Excluded entities: Case IH management reserves the right to exclude any entity that is not deemed to be a small or medium sized business
      a. Entities will be excluded from Fly Buys points at Case IH when an owner(s) cannot be easily identified
      b. Agents and/or officers of an entity are not owners
